Team Capacity Planner Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Team Capacity Planner.

By downloading, installing, or using Team Capacity Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Team Capacity Planner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Team Capacity Planner is a macOS application designed to help teams plan and manage sprint capacity. The App provides tools for:

  • Managing squads and teams
  • Tracking team member information
  • Scheduling sprints
  • Recording vacations and time off
  • Configuring holidays
  • Managing overhead activities
  • Calculating team capacity

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All data you enter into the App
  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Backing up your data regularly
  • Using the App in compliance with applicable laws

5. Data and Privacy

  • All data is stored locally on your device
  • We do not collect, transmit, or store any user data

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the App

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
